La Roche aux fées, megalithic site

Here is a journey to the land of legends with the mystery of this imposing Neolithic dolmen, the largest in France, 25 minutes from the house. An old practice wanted the lovers to go together to the new moon at the dolmen's bedside. Each in turn had to go around the dolmen, the boy clockwise and the girl counter clockwise. They each had to count the number of stones in the dolmen. If they found the same number, it was a sign of love and harmony... The site is accessible free of charge all year round.

Landes de Cojoux, megalithic site

Les landes de Cojoux are recognized as the second megalithic site in Brittany after Carnac. Vast funerary space used for more than 3000 years, we can see alignments, tumuli, dolmens all this in a superb landscape of dry moorland. We love to walk there. It is a superb natural space. There are trails to discover the site. Hikers can also make a nice 3-hour walk through the moors, and down to a pond and the river. You will be there in 36 minutes from the house.
L'église de corps nuds

Saint Pierre de Corps Nuds church

In the nearby village of Corps Nuds, you can discover this church designed by the Breton architect Arthur Regnault at the end of the 19th century. The impression to be very far from there, in the plains of Ukraine with this dome of neobyzantine inspiration.
